Karachi, Oct 11: The Sindh Building Control Authority has decided to form a task force to handle the issue of illegal constructions.
Director General of SBCA Zafar Ahsan announced this decision in a meeting of directors of SBCA in Karachi.
It was decided in the meeting that this task force will be leaded by a senior director officer of SBCA with full powers.According to the SBCA DG, the names of senior directors, Jamil Memon, Sarfaraz Hussain, Munawwar Siddiqui and Ashkaar Dawar, are under consideration for this post.
Director General said during meeting that anti corruption department and other law enforcement agencies are also on board with SBCA in this issue.
