A veteran staffer in Punjab governor house loses battle with corona

April 29, 2021: According to BaaghiTV reports, the third wave of corona is continuing across the country, with coroner patients and deaths steadily rising. Corona patients are also on the rise in Lahore, the provincial capital of Punjab. Hospitals are overcrowded. Lockdown has been imposed in the city from 6pm to 6am to curb the spread of corona. District administration and law enforcement are the implementing agencies who are tasked and mobilized to implement the SOPs.

The death toll in Lahore from Corona is also on the rise. According to reports, Governor House Punjab Security Officer Ahmad Raza has died due to Corona. He had fallen victim to Corona after which he was admitted to hospital for treatment. He died after a month in the hospital. Security officer Ahmad Raza’s lungs failed due to coronation.

The funeral prayers of the security officer of the Governor House were offered at the Governor House itself which was attended by Punjab Governor Chaudhry Sarwar and other senior officials. According to reports, Ahmad Raza was part of the security team of the Governor House for 20 years.
