Lahore, 20th July 2020: Renowned television anchor and PTI leader from Karachi Aamir Liaquat Hussain decided to issue his resignation as Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) MNA to the Prime Minister Imran Khan. According to reports of Baaghi TV, Aamir Liaquat’s resignation has been rejected by the PM. Prime Minister Imran Khan on Monday rejected the resignation of his party’s MNA Aamir Liaquat Husain and stated that he was “proud” that the TV show host was part of the ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). I will meet PM and present my resignation to him: Amir Liaqat Husain shared on his Twitter, that in his meeting with the prime minister, he rejected his “four-page” long resignation.
