After Beirut, Jordan resounded with explosions: Report
Oman: An army weapons depot in the Jordanian city of Zarqa reportedly exploded. No casualties have been reported so far. According to international media reports, a series of explosions took place in a military building in the city of Zarqa, far from the Jordanian capital Oman, on Friday morning. Jordan’s Minister of Information and Broadcasting Amjad Adilia confirmed that the blasts took place at a military building in Zarqa. Preliminary investigations revealed that the fire was caused by a short circuit which also engulfed the flammable material. He said the building contained military equipment and other explosives, including mortar shells.
