Azad Jammu Kashmir High Court on Tuesday disqualified AJK Prime Minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas in contempt of court plea.
Sardar Tanveer Ilyas still has to appear before AJK Supreme Court.
The AJK Court judge said accused Sardar Tanveer Ilyas has accepted he committed contempt of court.
Sardar Tanveer Ilyas was allegedly bashing AJK courts for granting stay to A US NGO around supposed to bring 400,000 out of school to education institutions in AJK.
As per legal experts, after AJK High Court, Sardar Tanveer Ilyas will not hold any public office. It means, his MNA seat also stands vacant. The cabinet of AJK PM also stands dissolved.
