Friday, July 3rd: According to the report of Baaghi TV, Senior and Food Minister Abdul Aleem Khan while talking about wheat and flour prices said that they are pursuing a solid policy to stabilize the prices of wheat and flour.

Senior Minister Abdul Aleem Khan said that government quota of wheat is being issued to flour mills ahead of time. The price of wheat for flour mills of Punjab has been kept realistic. Punjab cabinet has fixed the price of 20 kg flour bag at Rs 850. In the future, the method of subsidizing flour is going to change.

Abdul Aleem Khan said that supply of flour at the same rate for five star hotels and deserving citizens is not correct, targeted subsidy system will be introduced for deserving and needy citizens, Punjab government will give full encouragement to functional flour mills. The supply of flour at the lowest possible price is the top priority of the government

Abdul Aleem Khan further said that Prime Minister Imran Khan has a personal interest in reducing the prices of wheat and flour and will not shy away from any measure to provide relief to the citizens.
