Allegations against Zartaj Gul, notice issued

Allegations on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) Federal Minister Riaz Fatyana’s by Zartaj Gul, has lead to a notice being issued to National Assembly Member Riaz Fatyana.

According to sources, the PTI Accountability and Discipline Committee has sought clarification from Riaz Fatyana till December 4 to prove these allegations.

In the showcased notice, the committee asked:

“Did you go to Glasgow Coop 26 by an NGO in November? You kept asking the delegation in Glasgow for vehicles for your use.”

Riaz Fatyana was asked if he also ordered a conference card and a phone SIM from the delegation. If your demands were not met then you made allegations against the government delegation on your return home.

In the show cause, it has been said that you have alleged that Zartaj Gul returned due to a fight with Amin Aslam. Provide written evidence, data and other evidences of these allegations.

It may be recalled that Riaz Fatyana, a PTI member of the National Assembly and a member of the Public Accounts Committee, had recently told PAC that Minister of State Zartaj Gul and Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Malik Amin Aslam during the UN Environment Conference in the United Kingdom. There was a fight between them and Zartaj Gul left the conference and returned to Karachi.
