ALPA offers assistance to PIA, PALPA regarding air safety

The Air Line Pilots Association, International (ALPA) has offered assistance to Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) and Pakistan Air Line Pilots’ Association (PALPA) to address safety and technical issues. According to the details, the ALPA has offered support to PIA and PALPA regarding safety issues that are a major reason for restrictions on the national carrier’s operations in the European Union (EU) and the United States (US). In a letter to Prime Minister Imran Khan, ALPA President Captain Joseph G DePete extended support to the Prime Minister, Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and Pakistani airlines to restore the good name of Pakistan within the aviation industry.
