Alvi’s invitation to visit Pakistan is accepted by Kuwait’s Emir

Islamabad: The president’s office stated Monday that Kuwaiti Emir Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has accepted Dr Arif Alvi’s invitation to visit Pakistan “in the near future.” In response to Alvi’s invitation, the acceptance was expressed in a letter.

Al-Sabah expressed his gratitude for the excellent relations that exist between Pakistan and Kuwait in his letter.

He expressed his desire to expand bilateral cooperation in all areas for the mutual benefit of the two countries.

He commended Pakistan for recognizing Kuwait’s contribution in settling Muslim world concerns, especially the Palestine conflict.

The Emir also expressed optimism that the coronavirus problem will be resolved shortly.
