February 10, 2021: Amir Hafiz Naeem of Jamaat-e-Islami strongly condemned the inappropriate behavior regarding the BaaghiTV Twitter account and added that India has imposed its black law on Kashmir and the farmers’ organization and it forgets that this black law is blocking the freedom of press and cannot be imposed on everyone.
Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman further said that the Twitter administration should understand that freedom of speech is the right of every person and that a boycott of Twitter could start in Pakistan due to inappropriate behavior of Twitter.
It should be noted that the Modi government, which has not complied with the demands of the farmers in India, has started monitoring the Twitter accounts of Pakistani media. BaaghiTV has received a warning from the social networking site Twitter, saying that the Indian government has requested that BaaghiTV violated our laws, according to the Modi government. Following the pressure on the BaaghiTV by the Indian government, the account has been sent a warning by email.
The Modi government in India on the one hand is crushing the farmers, is commiting atrocities on the minorities and on the other hand is happy to suppress the voice against them and in the favor of those being oppressed. During the farmers movement, many farmer leaders’ Twitter accounts have been suspended. Now the Modi government is keeping an eye on Pakistan’s accounts.
