An accused who was posing as senior officer of intelligence agency arrested

Lahore February 17, 2021: An accused who was posing as senior officer of intelligence agency has been arrested.

In the operation, Chauhang police station arrested an accused posing as an officer of an intelligence agency. The accused used to carry out operations wearing the uniform of intelligence agency. Police revealed his name as Faiq, an officer of the intelligence agency. The accused snatched a citizen’s car from Jubilee Town last night.

The accused used the vehicle with official number plate and blue light during the incident. The SP Sadar said the accused was found with Fake official number plate vehicle, fake intelligence jacket, walkie talkie and other counterfeit goods. Raids are being carried out to arrest two more accomplices of the robbers. The process of identification of the accused has also been completed by the intelligence agencies The arrested accused are being further investigated according to SP Sadar Operations.
