July 5, 2021: Arshad Sharif and his accomplices attacked young journalist and YouTuber Siddique Jan and knocked him to the ground.
According to reports, Leading anchors Arshad Sharif and Siddique Jan are in Gwadar today to cover the Prime Minister’s visit to Gwadar on CPAC. Arshad Sharif beat Siddique along with four of his colleagues in Gwadar. He laid Siddiq Jan on the ground and started fighting himself, punched him, and then the other four men also attacked Siddique Jan.
As soon as the security personnel from right to left ran closer, they rescued Siddique Jan. By that time he had suffered many injuries. Even the mobile phone in Siddique Jan’s pocket was broken due to kicking.
Journalist Asadullah recorded a statement on social media and said that Siddique Jan, Adeel Warraich and Tariq Matin were having lunch at one table while Arshad Sharif and his team were at the other table. As Siddique Jan, Adeel Waraich and Tariq Matin started passing by their table, Adeel Waraich’s belongings were scattered on the other side and he moved away. Siddique Jan had just reached Arshad Sharif’s table to pass away, Arshad Sharif got up with planning and approached Siddique Jan. Suddenly, he punched and knocked Siddique Jan to the ground. After that, four members of his team, including Adeel Raja, started beating Siddique Jan. They kept kicking, punching and abusing him.
Arshad Sharif started this fight by saying that you abused me. While Siddique Jan was quite surprised by Arshad Sharif’s words.
Arshad Sharif and Siddique Jan have been against each other in some issues in the past and there has been a lot of discussion between them on social media. Arshad Sharif’s fight with Siddique Jan is definitely based on a story from the past.
