Lahore, 27th May: Hollywood A-Lister Angelina Jolie claims that she was denied a fair trial during the joint custody case of her children. According to reports, the famous American actress has filed fresh documents after the court granted joint custody of their children to her ex-husband Brad Pitt on Wednesday. As per reports from the Associated Press (AP), the ‘Maleficent’ actor alleged that the court denied her a fair trial because the children were not allowed to testify before the court. The documents obtained by AP stated that the Californian judge, Judge Ouderkirk did not give a fair trial to Ms. Jolie and excluded the evidence to make her case regarding her children’s health, safety and evidence. The actress claimed that the judge had failed to consider a section of the California court’s code that says it is harmful to the child if custody is granted to a person who has a history of domestic violence.
