Angry PTI members demand removal of Sindh Governor

Lahore, 26th February: Angry members of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) have demanded the removal of the Sindh Governor.

Baaghi TV: According to reports, PTI members have demanded to remove Sindh Governor Imran Ismail from his post.

PTI demands that a show-cause notice against Liaquat Ali Jatoi should be withdrawn. According to reports, PTI has written a letter to the prime minister against the distribution of tickets in the Senate that had gone wrong.

According to details, a meeting was held between PTI leader and former chief minister Liaquat Jatoi and angry members in Sindh, in which the members further expressed anger over the action against Liaquat Jatoi.

Angry member Muhammad Rind said that the distribution of tickets in the Senate was wrong, a letter has been written to the Prime Minister on all issues.

As per reports, reservations will be put before the Prime Minister in the meeting. It has demanded from the Prime Minister that the Governor of Sindh be removed from office immediately. Similarly, show cause notice against Liaquat Jatoi should also be withdrawn.

On the other hand, the PTI has stepped up its efforts to appease angry members ahead of the Senate elections.

A disgruntled member of the Sindh Assembly and People’s Party leader Sardar Ali Gohar’s younger brother Ali Nawaz has finished his displeasure with the PPP.

As per reports from Baaghi TV, he attended a dinner hosted by PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari in honour of the PPP members of the Sindh Assembly at Bilawal House last night.

It should be noted that Sindh Assembly member Ali Nawaz Mehr had been inactive in PPP for two years.
