An anti-corruption court in Rawalpindi ordered to arrest property tycoon Malik Riaz.
The Bahria Town’s owner pre-arrest bail was not extended today by court. He first got bail in theis case in June 2019.
Malik Riaz has not appeared before court for the past three hearings of a land case against him in the Rawalpindi court.
Anti Corruption court Judge Nisar Ahmed Khan heard the case. Warrants have been issued for his arrest.
The case details as 1,401 kanals of land in Swat’s Azizpur. A case was registered against him 10 years ago at the anti-corruption police station on charges of fraud and making threats under the Anti-Corruption Act.
