The first operation took place near Thokarniaz Beg in Lahore. During the search, about 15 kg of heroin was recovered from the hidden compartments of the suspicious car. The heroin was hidden in various compartments of the vehicle Accused Jahanzeb Khan, a resident of Peshawar, has been arrested and further investigation is underway. The second operation took place near Chenab Toll Plaza in Gujarat.
During the search, about 66 kg of hashish and 18 kg of opium were recovered from Mazda. Accused Riaz Baig, a resident of Lahore, was arrested. The third operation took place near Kachehri Road GTS Chowk Faisalabad. About four kilograms of hashish were recovered from a suspicious car. The accused, identified as Zahid Nawaz, a resident of Faisalabad, was arrested.
The arrested accused are under further investigation.
