Oct 11, 2021: According to media reports, a special NDPS court in Mumbai will hear the bail application of Aryan Khan, son of Shah Rukh Khan.
Aryan Khan’s lawyer had filed the bail plea in the special NDPS court.
Shah Rukh Khan’s 23-year-old son has been lodged in a Mumbai jail since Friday. The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) will file its response on Wednesday.
According to Indian media, the NDPS special court said that Aryan’s bail application would be heard on Wednesday when the NCB lawyer sought seven days to file a reply in the drug case. However, the special judge adjourned the case till Wednesday.
Earlier, Aryan Khan’s lawyer had filed a bail application in a special NDPS court. Talking to media, Aryan’s lawyer said, “It is natural that if the bail application is rejected by any court, we will go to the high court. We have filed the bail application here.”
Aryan was arrested along with his friends on October 3 in a drug case.
