According to the report of Baaghi TV, the accountability court in Islamabad heard the Park Lane reference in the fake accounts cases.

Asif Zardari withdrew the request to remove the baritone and reference. The NAB dismissed the plea and sought indictment.

The NAB prosecutor told the court that Asif Zardari could not withdraw the petition after the arguments were completed. The accused is deliberately using delaying tactics. The accused is withdrawing the petition today after a month’s delay.

Asif Zardari’s lawyer Farooq H Naik told the court that the Park Lane reference was not a NAB law but a case of financial law.

The accountability court judge remarked that the court would issue an order on Asif Zardari’s acquittal.
