Lahore: The Anti-Smuggling Organization (ASO) of seized a huge quantity of smuggled non-duty paid goods and vehicles during July, 2021 to August, 2021 worth Rs.1089.21 million.
The Anti-Smuggling Organization of Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Lahore on the directions of Mr. Basit Maqsood Abbasi, Collector of Customs Enforcement, Lahore headed by Mr. Muteen Alam, Additional Collector, Mr. Faizan Badar, Deputy Collector, Ms.
Sidra Naz, Assistant Collector, and team consisting of Mr. Faiz-ur-Rahman, Superintendent, and Mansoor Elahi, Mr. Shahid Bakhtair Bhatti, M Asghar Purewal, M Saleem Khan, Hassan Mahmood, Abdu
Ghaffar, Javaid lqbal Butt, Inspectors seized a huge quantity of smuggled non-duty paid goods and vehicles during July, 2021 to August, 2021 worth Rs.1089.21 million.
Goods include Cloth, Tyres, Cigarettes, Dry Fruits, Medicines, Cosmetics, etc. Vehicles include, Toyota Land Cruiser (V8), Toyota Hilux Surf, BMW, Mercedes, Toyota
Mark X, Toyota Vitz cars. Cases of valuing Rs. 644.14 Million were made during the corresponding period of last year (2020-21). An increase of 69.01% excess is as compared with the corresponding
period of last year.
