Canberra (7th Jan, 2020): Rainfall in parts of fire-ravaged Australia brings temporary relief.  According to reports, rain shower in parts of fire-ravaged Australia has brought temporary relief. While temperatures have dropped, official have reportedly warned of a potential “take off” once more. Reports of “torrential” rain from Sydney to Melbourne have been reported, including parts of New South Wales (NSW). According to reports, the officials have stated that fires in Victoria and New South Wales may meet to create an even stronger and perhaps larger “mega blaze”.
