Azerbaijan gains control of another region in Armenia

18th October 2020: Azerbaijan has taken control of another area in Armenia.

President of Azerbaijan formally announced that now the five-hour call to prayer will resound from the mosques of the city of Fuzuli.

Addressing the nation, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev declared, “the wasteland has been liberated from Armenian occupation. Armenian military strikes cannot break the will and sentiments of our people.”

“We will never target Armenian citizens in return, but the enemy will be retaliated on the battlefield because we believe that targeting the people is a murder of humanity to be compensated for,” he said.

Aliyev raised the question: “Where did a poor country like Armenia get so many weapons at once, who is supporting them and providing them with weapons?”

“If this is done, a ceasefire is possible, otherwise we will get an inch of our territory,” President Aliyev warned the Armenian army.

On the other hand, the Azerbaijani army is continuing to advance towards the occupied territories, where it destroyed 10 vehicles loaded with military equipment, including 8D-31 and 1D-120 artillery.

The Defense Ministry claims that the Azerbaijani army has the upper hand on all front.
