Babar Azam makes another record in international cricket

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released the latest rankings after a Test match was drawn between Pakistan and England.

According to the ICC rankings, Star Pakistani batsman Babar Azam has once again become the only batman to be in the top-five ranking spots across all three formats. While in bowling, Muhammad Abbas has moved up two places to the eighth position.

Babar is fifth in Tests, third in ODIs while being the world’s top-ranked batsman in T20Is. Indian skipper Virat Kohli is the only other batsman to feature in the top-10 across all three formats.

Australia’s Steve Smith tops the Test batsmen’s rankings, followed by India’s Virat Kohli and Australia’s Marnus Labuschagne.
