Balochistan’s caretaker Minister for Information, Jan Achakzai, warned that the decision of the Islamic Emirate to build a dam on the Kunar River will affect the escalation of tensions and possible conflicts. He said that the Islamic Emirate’s decision is unilateral and that this is a hostile act against Pakistan.
