Bird hits have caused numerous accidents resulting in aircraft damage and human casualties. The bird hits should not be taken lightly as it may end up into a disaster or a nightmare for the pilots, travelers as well as for any airline. According to Baaghi TV’s report, the number of bird hits in different airports of the country has been steadily increasing in the recent years. As per the reports, a total of 57 bird hit incidents have been reported in the last nine months from January to September 2021. According to the details, 57 Pakistan International Aircrafts have been hit in various airports of the country. Baaghi TV has learnt that 21 bird hit incidents have occurred at the Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore and 13 incidents have been reported at New Islamabad Airport.
