Baaghi TV: Boris Johnson is very optimistic that all COVID-19 restrictions in England would end on June 21.

Johnson on his official Twitter account shared how he will cautiously ease down the restrictions in England:

On Monday, Johnson unveiled a map to bring England out of lockdown that would keep some businesses closed until the summer, saying caution was necessary to ensure there were no reversals on a ‘one-way road to freedom’.

He said, “I’m hopeful, but obviously, nothing can be guaranteed … I’m very optimistic that we’ll be able to get there.”

As per reports, with almost 130,000 fatalities, Britain has suffered the world’s fifth-highest official death toll from the coronavirus pandemic and its economy has seen its biggest crash in more than 300 years.

However, during the last two months, it has managed to provide an initial vaccine dose to more than a quarter of the population.

The roadmap suggests that schools will be the first to reopen and the restrictions on nightclubs and large events will be the last to be lifted on June 21.

On Tuesday, Boris Johnson announced the date for the opening of all the educational institutes across the country:

Johnson reassured through his Twitter account that the ‘decisions will be made on the latest data at every step, and we will be cautious about this approach so that we do not undo the progress we have achieved so far and the sacrifices each and every one of you has made to keep yourself and others safe.’
