Lahore, 14th October: A blast in the provincial capital of Balochistan has taken place.
According to the report of Baaghi TV, an explosion has taken place in Quetta, the provincial capital of Balochistan.
A blast has taken place on Smangali Road in Quetta, injuring seven people. Police and rescue personnel have reached the spot on information and police have sealed off the scene.
Rescue teams rushed the injured to a hospital for medical treatment. Intelligence agencies have launched an investigation into the blast and have begun gathering evidence from the scene.
According to police, the injured have been shifted to hospital. An investigation is underway regarding the blast and security has been tightened in the area.
According to police, there were labourers working in the area when two men came on a motorcycle and threw a grenade, which exploded and injured people.
No one has yet claimed responsibility for the blast. Citizens are in a state of panic after the blast. Police have launched a search operation in the area to nab the culprits.
