Lahore, 14th June: Coronavirus task force meeting chaired by Chief Minister Sindh, has taken a decision regarding lockdown restrictions in Sindh.

Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah announced that instead of closing for 2 days in a week, businesses will now be closed as per the decision of NCOC.

CM Shah said that now business will only be closed on Sunday and business activities will continue for the rest of the days.

Chief Minister Sindh took notice of the news of the issuance of vaccine certificates without being vaccinated at the Expo Center.

The Sindh Chief Minister directed the IG Police and the Interior Ministry to take stern action against the persons concerned.

“We will not tolerate any corruption or incompetence in any ongoing work against COVID-19,” Chief Minister Sindh added.

CM Sindh has directed the IG to make the coronavirus vaccine mandatory before issuing driving licenses to the people.

Sindh CM also made the announcement that classes from sixth to eighth will open with 50% attendance in the province and in case of improvement in the condition, primary classes will be opened from June 21.
