CAA extends permission for operating international flights
Karachi: The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has extended the permission of international flight operations at the country’s airports.
According to the details, special permission for international flights to the airlines from the domestic airports has been extended for more than a month. The CAA has issued a new notice that will allow international flights to operate in Pakistan till August 31.
However, operations will not be allowed at Turbat and Gwadar airports, however flights will continue at all other airports. On June 19, the government announced the resumption of international flights and issued new terms and conditions.

The notice said that the CAA would issue special working hours to operate flights in Pakistan and special working hours would be issued keeping in view the health of the passengers in the flights.
International flights were banned due to the coronavirus, but during the shutdown, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) continued a special relief operation to bring back Pakistanis stranded abroad.
