CAA issues guidelines for foolproof Personnel Licensing Examination

Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has issued guidelines and instructions for foolproof Personnel Licensing Examination. CAA issues licenses to pilots, flight engineers, flight attendants, aircraft engineers, air traffic controllers etc.

According to the details, these procedures have been developed to devise an effective and fool-proof mechanism for licensing examination under the supervision of regulatory body’s Examination Branch.

These instructions and guidelines are applicable with effect from October 15, 2021.

As per the guidelines, all the candidates must submit a duly completed form available on the CAA website along with the following documents:

Recommendation by CGI/ CFI/ Chief Pilot Training of ATO or approved organization
Photocopies of CNIC, SPL, Training Organization’s ID card (where applicable)
Minimum one (01) passport size photograph
Examination fee deposit receipt/ voucher (original)

All the above documents must be submitted minimum five working days for Karachi and seven working days for Islamabad before the intended date of examination.
