CAA sabotaging Emirates, causing loss of millions
Since the outbreak of COVID-19 and grounding of operations, Emirates has previously operated only special flights to Pakistan to repatriate stranded people from the United Arab Emirates (UAE). However, from June 8, the Dubai-based airline announced the resumption of weekly scheduled passenger flights from Pakistan to Dubai. It is being resumed after over two months of travel restrictions imposed globally due to the COVID-19 outbreak. As per Baaghi TV’s reliable source, CAA is giving departure timings as per their personal preference which is leading to a loss of finances to airlines hoping to commence operations in Pakistan, including Emirates, who are losing their planned connections.
