Karachi, 20th October: Following the case of Captain (R) Safdar in Karachi yesterday, Sindh Chief Minister has formed a five-member committee.

Baaghi TV: Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has said that a plan has been made to form a three to five-member committee to investigate the incident. He alleged that a federal minister was involved in the arrest of N-League leader Captain (retd) Saddar.

Addressing a press conference in Karachi, the Sindh Chief Minister said that the bail of Captain (retd) Safdar had proved that the case was fabricated. PTI had pressured for the trial. He questioned what was Waqas, the plaintiff in the case, doing at the Mazar-e-Quaid.

Murad Ali Shah said that there are rules for the sanctity of Mazar-e-Quaid. The PTI has repeatedly desecrated the Mazar-e-Quaid. We have directed the police to take everyone’s request.

The Sindh Chief Minister said that we are grateful to the PDM for coming to the meeting on October 18 and paying homage to the martyrs. I am thankful to the people of Pakistan for listening to the leaders and protesting in front of the incompetent federal government.

Describing the meeting as the largest in the history of Karachi, the Sindh Chief Minister said that the message was given to the incompetents to leave the government.

Meanwhile, Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa took immediate notice of the Karachi incident and ordered the Karachi Corps Commander to inquire into it.

According to Pakistan Army Public Relations (ISPR), the Army Chief has ordered an immediate inquiry into the incident and the facts should be brought to light. Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa has directed Corps Commander Karachi to report the incident.
