Caretaker Punjab govt presents tax free budget for first four month

Caretaker Punjab government presented a people friendly and tax free budget for the first four month for the next financial year with a total expenditure of Rs.1719.3 billion rupees.

This was announced by the Punjab Caretaker Minister for Information Amir Mir and Caretaker Minister for Industries, Commerce and Energy SM Tanveer in a joint news conference held at Lahore this afternoon.

He announced to increase the pay of government employees by thirty percent and pension as five percent however twenty percent increase the pension of those pensioners who are over eighty years of age.
