Lahore, 8th July: The court has ordered to register a case against PTI leader Sardar Tanveer Khan Ilyas for sending vulgar videos.

According to reports, the District Sessions Judge of Islamabad has ordered to register a case against PTI Special Assistant Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan in Azad Kashmir for harassing a youth by sending pornographic videos.

Sources from Islamabad said that Additional Sessions Judge Muhammad Ata Rabbani delivered the verdict at the request of Khawaja Fahim in this regard.

In the petition, the youth said that he had met Sardar Tanveer Ilyas at Centaurus Mall in Islamabad after which Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan sent him indecent videos from his number and harassed him.

Petitioner’s lawyer Imran Feroze Malik told the court that he had applied to the FIA ​​but the Cyber ​​Crime Cell had not registered a case. He said that the number from which the video was sent was used by Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan.

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) told the court that a forensic report of the petitioner’s mobile phone had come in which it was revealed that the video was sent from Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan’s number.

Ordering to file a case against the petitioner said that if the petitioner turned out to be wrong during the investigation, action should be taken against him.
