ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has extended the order to seal the building, saying that the ban on construction on the banks of Rawal Dam remains in force till the next hearing.

According to the report of Baaghi TV, the hearing of the case related to the commercial construction on the banks of Rawal Dam was adjourned till the second week of September.

Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Athar Minallah remarked that the national park and the city’s environment were destroyed. The environment is destroyed and state machinery is used for this purpose. Our future generations will pay the price.

The petitioner said that according to the court order, the club is not sealed and the membership of the club is still being given. Ashtar Osaf said that the Sailing Club is sealed as per the court order.

Chief Justice Athar Minallah said that the report stated at the last hearing that the club was sealed. You will make sure the club is sealed and the court trusts you. Action will be taken against the court order if the misconduct is committed by any party.
