Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi Takes a Major Decision Regarding Rescue 1122

Lahore: Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi has issued a major order regarding 1122. According to reports, a special committee meeting was held under the chairmanship of Speaker Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi in which important decisions regarding 1122 were taken.

On this occasion, a written explanation was given by the senior bureaucrats for non-implementation of the Rescue 1122 Act. The explanation in this regard was considered satisfactory.

On this occasion, Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi said that the rules of the autonomous department should be made urgent in accordance with the Act in collaboration with the Law Department.

It was also stated on the occasion that the decision to disqualify MPA Malik Mohammad Khan would be taken later by consensus in the committee meeting.

It is also being informed that Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi has ordered that in collaboration with the Law Department, the rules of Rescue 1122 should be prepared as per the Act and presented to the committee as soon as possible, after which the committee will review it.

In this important meeting, Law Minister Mohammad Basharat Raja, Members of Assembly Malik Mohammad Ahmed Khan, Malik Ahmed Ali O Lakh, Malik Nadeem Kamran, Syed Usman Mahmood, Nawabzada Wasim Khan, Mian Shafi Mohammad, Malik Jamshed Altaf, Miss Sonia, Sajjad Ahmed, Secretary Punjab Assembly Muhammad Khan Bhatti and DG Parliamentary Affairs Punjab Assembly Inayatullah Lak were present.

In addition, Additional Chief Secretary S & GAD, Additional Chief Secretary Home, Secretary Law, Secretary Regulation and Additional Secretary I&C also attended the meeting.
