Chief Justice Lahore High Court Takes Notice of a Family in Police Custody

Faisalabad (2nd Aug, 2019): Chief Justice Lahore High Court has reportedly taken notice of the alleged arrest of a man, his wife and their children under charges of fraud.
According to reports of Baaghi TV, a man including his wife and son were arrested over charges of fraudulent activities after the issue went viral on social media. Chief Justice of Lahore High Court, Justice Sardar Muhammad Shamim Khan, has taken notice of the case.
The Chief Justice has reportedly expressed his displeasure over not giving decision on time. Furthermore, Chief Justice LHC has sought report from session judge over the case in which a four year child along with his parents have been arrested.
Moreover, it has been reported that the family has been in police custody for nearly 10 days. It is vital to note that the man and his wife are allegedly facing charges of fraudulent activities.
