China has assured full support to Pakistan’s stance on Indian-occupied Kashmir said the Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi after his return from China. He said that with the help of China we are going to raise the Kashmir issue at the most effective forum in the world.
Addressing a press conference in Karachi, Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that India had no justification for terminating Kashmir’s special status. The matter will be presented to the United Nation Security Council to condemn this illegal move made by the Indian government.
In response to a question, Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that China has been informed that the Pakistani government would raise the Indian announcement of the elimination of the special status of Kashmir in the Security Council. In this regard, we will need China’s assistance in the Security Council.
He said that Beijing has assured the Pakistan government that it will support all the issues of Pakistan globally with regard to Kashmir. China has already endorsed Pakistan’s stand by rejecting the Indian decision to end Kashmir’s special status.
