China values ties with North Korea: State Media

BEIJING (26th Nov. 2022): Chinese President Xi Jinping has said that he values his relationship with North Korea, according to State Media reports.

President Xi Jinping has reportedly said that he values his relationship with North Korea, amid heightened military threats in the region. According to reports, President Xi said “I attach great importance to China-DPRK relations”.

The move comes after North Korea test-fired its intercontinental ballistic missile last week. Meanwhile, tensions are escalating with the US and South Korea responding with bomb strike drills and sanctions against N. Korea.
