Citizens injured in unprovoked firing by Indian troops

According to the reports, in serious violation of the ceasefire by India in Kashmir, Indian forces opened unprovoked fire on the civilian population in the Samahni sector along the Line of Control (LOC).

Three civilians were reported injured, they were identified as Zahida Begum, daughter of Karam Dad, resident of Chahi Dheri. Mohammad Sajid son of Mohammad Irshad resident of Chahi Kharani and Mohammad Abdullah son of Mohammad Sadeer resident of Thackeray Mohra Chahi.

According to sources, all the injured have been shifted to the local hospital where the condition of one of the injured is said to be critical.
