CJP Bandial makes remarks on judges differences over suo-motu jurisdiction
Says situation will improve by Monday as consultations has been started to resolve differences
On Friday, at the beginning of the hearing, the Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) remarked that he wanted to clarified that there is no difference between judges.
He said there have been some differences but judges have a close relationship with each other.
The Chief Justice also said that differences arose due to some political issues but judges will deal with the situation altogether.
Top judge said that he will start the consultation process from today and the situation will improve by Monday.
Justice Bandiyal also said that in this situation the Pakistan Bar Council should also have played its role and stood with the Supreme Court.
He said that court and bar are nothing without each other.
