July 12, 2021: Clashes between government forces and the Taliban in Afghanistan’s 26 provinces continue to rage for control of several major cities, including Ghazni and Kandahar, with uncertainty in many major cities, including Kabul according to Afghan media.

BaaghiTV: Fighting between government forces and the Taliban in 26 of Afghanistan’s 34 provinces has reported nearly 200 deaths in 24 hours, according to Afghan media.

According to Afghan media, Afghan forces have claimed to have killed about 200 Taliban fighters, while the Taliban has denied the claims of government forces and claimed to have taken control of a police station and several check posts in Kandahar city.

The Taliban also say two government helicopters crashed in Kunduz province. In Paktika Province, security personnel joined the Taliban without resistance. The Afghan people are hoping for a ceasefire from the government and the Taliban. Citizens of Kabul say they have been forced to live in unrest for four decades, now they want peace in their country. The citizens say that the parties are fighting and the people are stuck in the middle.

Afghans blame the United States for the current situation, saying the United States had no concern for Afghanistan’s future.
