Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Syed Asim Munir visited the frontlines to commemorate Eid-ul-Fitr and offered Eid prayers with the officers and troops posted there. On the occasion, COAS General Munir appreciated the soldiers for their high morale.  According to DG ISPR, the Army Chief visited the frontlines on the Pak-Afghan border where he met with the officers and soldiers, offering Eid prayers and celebrating with them. General Syed Asim Munir while speaking on the occasion said that the Pakistan Army is actively working to secure the borders, nothing is more sacred to them than protecting the borders.
