Lahore, 25th May: 1,347 patients of coronavirus are reported in 24 hours in Punjab, and a complete lockdown after Eid is under consideration.
According to the Punjab Health Department, 13 people have died in the last 24 hours, bringing the total to 337.
Mayo Hospital CEO said, that 9 confirmed and 19 suspected patients have been admitted in the last 24 hours and two people have died of the coronavirus at Mayo Hospital.
Dr. Salman Haseeb said that two patients have died due to the virus in Services Hospital. According to the health department, 197225 tests have been conducted in the province so far.

On the other hand, the Punjab government is considering a complete lockdown after an increase in the number of coronavirus patients. That is, if the number of coronavirus patients continues to increase, then there should be a complete lockdown in Punjab.
A complete lockdown in Punjab will be decided by the Punjab Chief Minister in consultation with Prime Minister Imran Khan.
The implementation of government measures against the Corona epidemic is the only way to protect the citizens and their loved ones. The government has appealed to the citizens to celebrate Eid while maintaining social distance, today’s temporary distance will save them from permanent distances.
