Constitutional petition filed for the Presidential System

Lahore, 3rd September: Another constitutional petition has been filed in the Supreme Court for the implementation of the presidential system in the country. According to the report of Baaghi TV, the petition has been filed by Ahmad Raza Kasuri on behalf of All Pakistan Muslim League-Jinnah. The petition has been filed under Article 184 (3) of the Constitution. The petition requested the court to order the Prime Minister to hold a referendum for the implementation of the presidential system.
