According to the Punjab Disaster Management Authority (PDMA), the total number of deaths due to coronavirus in Punjab has risen to 938 while the number of victims is 50,087.
A tweet on social networking site Twitter about cases and deaths that surfaced in 24 hours said that the coronavirus caused 48 more deaths in Punjab province by 10 pm. However, 2,705 new cases came forward.

According to the officials, 17,560 people have recovered so far and 10,226 more have been tested.
