Coronavirus: Iran’s Minister in seroius trouble
Iran, 25th Feb: According to the reports, Iran’s Deputy Health Minister Iraj Harirchi, has been tested positive for the coronavirus, putting Iran under a lot of fear.
Iran is in danger at the moment, and not only is the general public vulnerable to the attacks of the coronavirus, but now the Ministry of Health, whose task is to protect people from this disease, has itself undergone the threat.
Iran’s Deputy Health Minister Iraj Harirchi, has been infected with the virus and doctors say he is in serious trouble right now. He has also posted his video on the social portal Twitter, saying that he will fight coronavirus.
Iran is among the worst-affected countries, with a as many as 95 cases confirmed in the last 72 hours. Fifteen people in Iran have died so far from it, according to the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA)
On Sunday, Iran closed schools and universities across 14 provinces and 230 hospitals were dedicated to fight the coronavirus.
The World Health Organization says the situation in Iran is “deeply concerning”.
The coronavirus, which first broke out in the Chinese city of Wuhan in early December 2019, has killed at least 2,600 people, mostly in China.
It has spread to more than 34 other countries, some of which have reported deaths from the virus.
