Coronavirus: PIA granted permission for direct flights

Lahore (30th April, 2020): United States grants permission to Pakistan International Airlines for direct flights, confirm reports. According to a Baaghi TV report, PIA has been allowed to fly to the United States. Pakistan’s national airline PIA was granted special flights to the United States during the Coronavirus Lockdown by the United States. Serial numbers 33781 and 33782 of PIA’s Boeing aircraft b777-240LR have been approved under the US license. COVID-19: How many deaths reported in Israel? Permitted by the US Department of Transportation, the permit states that PIA flights will be allowed for passengers and cargo. It should be noted, that PIA CEO Air Marshal Arshad Malik had written a letter to the US Ambassador and the US State Department. It said that PIA should be allowed fly direct relief flights, to the United States. PIA CEO Arshad Malik further said, in the letter that they want to bring back Pakistanis stranded in the United States due to coronavirus on charter flights.
