Coronavirus: Punjab leads with most number of COVID cases in Pakistan

Number of total active cases surfaces 17,000 across Pakistan, as per reports of the National Command and Operation Center. According to reports of Baaghi TV, the total number of cases is 17,713 with 1,764 cases coming forward on the 7th of May, 2020. So far, a total number of 25,837 cases have been detected in Pakistan since the outbreak. Azad Jammu & Kashmir: 78 Balochistan: 1,725 Gilgit-Baltistan: 394 Islamabad: 558 Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: 3,956 Punjab: 10,033 Sindh: 9,093 According to reports, 7,530 patients have recovered while number of casualties has risen to 594. So far, 35 deaths reported in a single day on 7th of May. Sindh: 171 Punjab: 183 Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: 209 Islamabad: 4 Balochistan: 24 Gilgit-Baltistan: 3 According to reports, 210 patients are deemed critical. So far, 257,247 tests have been conducted with 11,993 tests conducted in a day. 739 hospitals with COVID-19 facilities with 5,019 patients admitted across the country.
