Coronavirus update in Pakistan

In the country, 30 more people died from corona, bringing the death toll to 5,544, while the number of patients rose to 262,797 after new cases came to light.

So far 2067 people have died in Punjab, 1974 in Sindh and 1130 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, while 157 in Islamabad, 131 in Balochistan, 46 in Azad Kashmir and 39 in Gilgit-Baltistan.

A further 1425 cases and 30 deaths of Corona have been reported from across the country today including 880 cases and 22 deaths from Sindh, 442 cases from Punjab, 8 deaths, 50 cases from Islamabad, 21 cases from Gilgit and 32 cases from Azad Kashmir.

Punjab
442 cases and 8 deaths of Corona have been reported from Punjab today which have been confirmed on the official portal.

According to the official portal, the total number of Corona patients in Punjab has reached 89,465 and the number of deaths has reached 2,067.

So far 65009 patients of Corona have been cured in the province.

Islamabad
Another 50 cases of Corona have been reported from the federal capital today, which have been reported on the official portal.

According to the portal, the total number of corona patients in Islamabad has reached 14,504 and the death toll has risen to 157.

In addition, the number of people recovering from Corona in the city has risen to 11,708.

Gilgit-Baltistan
Another 21 cases of corona have been reported from Gilgit-Baltistan today. Confirmation of which has been reported on the official portal.

According to the portal, the total number of corona patients in Gilgit has reached 1796 while the number of deaths there is 39.

The number of people recovering from Corona in Gilgit is 1409.

Azad Kashmir
Another 32 cases of Corona have come to light from Azad Kashmir today.

A total of 1,840 people have so far tested positive for the corona virus in Azad Kashmir, bringing the death toll there to 46.

So far 1094 people have recovered from Corona in Azad Kashmir.

Sindh
In the last 24 hours, 880 new cases of corona and 22 deaths were reported from Sindh, which was confirmed by Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah.

The total number of corona cases in Sindh is 112118 while 1974 people have lost their lives so far.

Besides, 91383 patients have been cured in the province so far.

Balochistan
Corona has so far affected 11,405 people and killed 131 in Balochistan. In addition, 8313 patients have been cured from Corona in Balochistan so far.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
The Corona virus has so far claimed 1130 lives in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, while the number of infected patients in the province is 31,669.

According to the official portal, 22,873 people have so far recovered from the corona virus in the province.
