ISLAMABAD, Jan 14 (APP):A local court in Islamabad on Tuesday adjourned the hearing of a case pertaining to recovery of liquor and illegal weapons against Ali Amin Gandapur – federal minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan.
The hearing was conducted by judge Salman Badar. Gandapur did not appear before the court whereas his counsel submitted an exemption from the hearing on behalf of his client which the court accepted and granted exemption from the hearing.
The statement of the witnesses could not be recorded despite the witnesses’ presence in the court.
The case hearing was adjourned till January 28.
